Pilot Aviator E603 Straight Stair Lift
The Aviator E603 straight stairlift offers exceptional versatility, functionality, an automatic hinged rail, and robust safety. It’s available as a heavy-duty unit with a 350 lb. capacity and an outdoor option. Its universal design allows left or right-side installation, with adjustable armrest width, seat height, and toggle position. A 2-position swivel seat ensures safe transfers.
Functionality is enhanced by extra-long charging stations for its powerful 9Ah batteries. In a power outage, automatic sleep mode preserves batteries for up to 20 days. It includes a battery test point, diagnostic display, and easy-access panels for fast servicing. Safety is standard, featuring 5 directional sensors, a retractable seat belt, armrest and seat position sensors, an over-speed governor, electro-mechanical brake, and a key switch. The automatic hinged rail is a key feature. The outdoor unit is fully weatherized with lockable remote boxes, a weatherproof charger, and a protective cover.
Pilot Navigator E604 Custom Curved Stair Lift
The Pilot Navigator makes navigating complex stairs easy. Each unit is custom-designed for your home, with tracks built using advanced 3D tube bending for a stronger, smoother ride. Our precise fitting process guarantees a perfect fit. The Navigator HD also includes voice commands.
The twin rail design sits close to the wall, maximizing staircase space, and a steep start option keeps the track minimal at the lower landing. Standard features include a synchronous folding seat/footplate, smooth start/stop, LED lighting, sleep mode (preserving batteries for up to 20 days off charge), diagnostic display, and a key switch. The Heavy Duty (HD) option increases capacity to 350 lbs. and adds an LCD with audio alerts. An outdoor unit is fully weatherized, coming with remote boxes, a weatherproof charger, and a protective cover.
Frequently Asked Questions
Considering a stair lift often comes with a lot of questions. Here are answers to some of the most common ones to help you know what to expect.
Stair lifts can accommodate a wide variety of staircases. Straight lifts are designed for stairs without turns or landings, while custom curved lifts can accommodate turns, curves, and more complex layouts. Outdoor models are also available. An in-home evaluation allows us to determine which options are appropriate for your particular staircase.
Stair lifts are typically secured directly to the stair treads rather than the wall. This means installation does not require major structural modifications to your home.
Stair lifts are designed with space in mind. Seats, armrests, and footrests can fold when not in use, helping keep the staircase accessible to others. Available hinged rail options can also help keep nearby doorways and walkways clear.
The stair lifts we offer operate using rechargeable batteries that charge while the lift is parked at designated charging points. Because the lift runs from battery power, it can continue to operate during a temporary household power outage, provided the batteries have sufficient charge.
Yes. Weatherized models are available for both straight and curved stairways. Outdoor options include components designed for exterior conditions, such as weatherproof charging equipment and protective covers.
Installation time varies depending on the type of lift and the staircase configuration. Straight stair lifts are generally simpler to install, while custom curved systems may require additional preparation. Our certified installers will explain the process and timing for your specific stair lift before installation is scheduled.
The cost of a stair lift depends on several factors, including whether the staircase is straight or curved, its configuration, the selected model, and any additional features or options. After learning about your needs and evaluating your staircase, we can recommend appropriate options and provide pricing for your specific installation.
You don’t need to figure that out on your own. Start by completing our brief Stair Lift Assessment Form. We’ll learn a little about your needs and staircase, then contact you to arrange an in-home consultation so we can evaluate the space and help you determine the right solution.
